A Letter From TheOwner
I’m Jessica Linn Shipp, the owner of Global Pest Management, a second-generation pest control company. I grew up in the bug business, traveling around with my Dad, William, who founded Forsyth Exterminating with my Mom, Cindy, nearly 40 years ago.
I would keep my Dad company on his routes and loved talking with customers, who were always so welcoming and appreciative. Those memories of happy customers as a nine-year-old have stuck with me, so much so, that I founded my company on the core value of customer commitment: the customer is always right, goes above and beyond what is expected, and upholds the same standards for everyone. I am grateful to my Dad for his mentorship – both personal and professional – and forever grateful to my late husband, who fought for our great country and gave me strength of purpose. Our army green and tan uniforms are dedicated to his memory and serve as a symbol of our strong commitment to service excellence.
